In the constant pursuit of continuous improvement of its Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS), and based on the Mission and Vision that reflect the aspirations and values of its entire organisational culture, the Management of VFA adopts the following Quality and Environmental Policy and commits to:
ENSURING THE TOTAL SATISFACTION OF ITS CUSTOMERS:
- Producing and marketing products and services that meet the needs and expectations of its customers, ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental and regulatory requirements, and offer good value for money;
- Promoting customer relationships based on honesty and professionalism;
- Providing means and resources that promote increased satisfaction and loyalty among all its customers, increased production capacity, and the supply of fully compliant products within highly attractive deadlines.

- Promoting closeness among everyone and a strong team spirit;
- Promoting good working conditions, safety and health protection, as well as environmental awareness;

- Maintaining economic and financial stability and investment capacity, in line with environmental protection and pollution prevention;
- Investing in communication channels that promote the image and recognition of the Golfinho brand in national and international markets, while valuing environmental performance;
- Developing a commercial strategy focused on exporting its products and on leadership in the national market for swimming and swimming-pool equipment.
PROMOTING THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE:
- Maintaining a policy of continuous improvement through planning, implementation, monitoring and action across all processes, in order to minimise environmental impacts and, where applicable, adopting measures that contribute to the mitigation of climate change;
- Constantly optimising and modernising internal and external communication channels so that the necessary information is accessible and communicated clearly and transparently to all stakeholders: Employees, Customers and Suppliers;
- Involving its suppliers in the organisation’s principles and values, promoting environmentally responsible practices.
DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING PRODUCTS THAT OFFER INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS IN THE SWIMMING MARKET:
- Consulting customers regarding specific needs and offering a more diverse range of products, enabling broader solutions to be presented in the swimming and swimming-pool market;
- Investing in the continuous modernisation of its machinery and production equipment, prioritising energy efficiency and the reduction of environmental impacts, namely through the adoption of cleaner technologies, more sustainable production processes and the efficient use of natural resources.
FULFILLING COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS:
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and other applicable requirements, both in terms of quality and the environment.
